Yesterday, I crossed off day #2 of the 3 Day Refresh Program. (Day One, Decision to do the 3 Day Refresh.)

After two days on the 3 Day Refresh program, here are my take aways:

  • I was never hungry until right before my next meal. I was surprised to look at the clock at see that it was already 1:00 pm and time for lunch. Then I was kept late at the office and wasn’t distracted by my stomach growling and was able to wait until I got home for dinner without any problem. I wasn’t stuffed but I wasn’t distracted by hunger, either.

  • Cravings are pretty much non-existent. This one really surprises me since I’m a sugar and carb loving fool. But I’m not really struggling with cravings. This may be because I know it’s only 3 days, but it’s nice not to be hearing the junk food calling my name. This program has been a cravings crusher!

  • I did have a small headache today. I believe that's due to the lack of caffeeine and sugar that I haven't had in the past 2 days.

  • I adore the Vanilla Refresh Shake! I like its taste, texture, and I’m attributing my fullness and contentment to this product.

  • I didn’t mix the Fiber Sweep with enough water and it was way too thick. I added more water and it was much more palatable. (The Fiber Sweep doesn’t cause a violent cleansing of your colon. I haven’t been afraid of being far away from a bathroom, so no worries.)
