Healthy Shakeology Peanut Butter Cups- 21 Day Fix Approved
These little beauties are DELICIOUS! I admit I was very skeptical at first, but they did not disappoint! I was looking for something that was healthy especially with Halloween next weekend! That's where these amazing little drops of Heaven came in! Ingredients: 2 scoops Chocolate shakeology 4 tablespoons coconut oil- if you are not a fan of coconut flavor, use expeller pressed 4 tsp almond or peanut butter Directions: Line muffin tin with paper cups. The more you do the thinner and fewer calories these will be. I made 6 the first time, but am going to try for 8 next time (which will be very soon!) Melt 2 tbls coconut oil in microwave Add 1 scoop shakeology and mix well. Pour evenly into baking cups Top with almond or peanut butter
Melt remaining coconut oil and mix with 1 scoop shakeology. Pour on top of almond or peanut butter.
Freeze for 10 minutes, if you can wait that long. Oh- these are YUMMY!
I stored mine in the freezer but they would probably do ok in the fridge too. You won't want to leave them at room temperature because of the coconut oil :)
